We strongly recommend contacting us in advance for these orders.
Even if a regular delivery fee is paid, additional charges may still apply depending on order size and requirements.
📦 Bulk & Event Orders
For wedding or event orders with high quantity, we may not be able to process them under standard delivery conditions.
Please contact us so we can properly arrange your delivery and apply the correct service fee if needed.

🚫 Closed Days
We do not offer delivery on days when the shop is closed.
Business hours are updated on our Google Business profile.
⏰ Long Distance Delivery
For long-distance deliveries, our delivery team usually picks up orders at 11:30 AM.
During busy seasons (such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), pickup may occur one day in advance.
Even for nearby deliveries, same-day delivery may not be possible after a certain time (around 4:00 PM). If an order is placed with short notice, we may not be able to fulfill same-day delivery depending on our schedule and availability.
Orders with insufficient notice, or those that cannot be fulfilled due to operational limitations, may be moved to the next business day.
