This florist is wonderful! I reached out looking for a custom vase arrangement for our happily ever after party in downtown Toronto (for displaying on the guestbook table). They communicated back and forth with me while I chose the colours/style and the vase and paid in advance. The vase was delivered to the restaurant a couple months later and I was blown away with how beautiful it was! It was so lush and large, full of beautiful flowers and looked so gorgeous. It added the perfect touch of florals and elegance to our event! Thank you for such a beautiful arrangement - will definitely be ordering again in future for any events!

I was looking for an arrangement for a special celebration to celebrate the MBA designation of the person receiving the arrangement. Toronto Flower Gallery did an amazing job of making this arrangement even better than what it looked on their website. I had asked that the arrangement not be left at the concierge in my building and they willingly brought it to my door. I hope that those that follow my recommendation on the business that I have liked will give Toronto Flower Gallery an opportunity to make an flower arrangement for their home or an occasion. Bravo!

Love this shop - they made a falling flower arrangement for over the fireplace for my wedding ceremony. Beautiful work, fantastic price and service. They set everything up on the day-of so I did not have to worry about anything. The flowers looked stunning and they lasted so fresh and plump even the next day.

Helen was wonderful, and went out of her way to ensure my delivery arrived in pristine condition. She delivered a stunning and delicate orchid plant - to a grieving friend - especially, on her way home, so that it would arrive as soon as possible and in perfect condition and not have to go in a delivery van. She messaged me to explain what she was doing, and offered to go back the next day if my friend could not take receipt. She also sent a photo, the orchid plant (which was exquisite) was exactly as represented on the website, and brought great comfort to the recipient. Amazing customer service and product. We ordered flowers from them for our small wedding. The staff was very professional and considerate of our relatively low budget. The flowers were so pretty and fresh and exceeded my expectations. Delivery was on time and they set them up perfectly. I would highly recommend this place.
